These terms cover use of MrURL. The operator is Flava Digital Ltd, company number 10694772.

Who can use it

MrURL is for business use. By signing up you confirm you are using it for a business. You are responsible for keeping the password safe, for where your links point, and for having the right to use those destinations.

Plans and payment

Plans are billed monthly. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies. You can cancel in Plan & billing. The plan runs to the end of the paid month, and we do not refund that month.

If a paid account goes unpaid, we email the account address and wait at least 14 days before disabling its links.

Acceptable use

Do not use MrURL for phishing, malware, scams, illegal content, or a chain of redirects to another shortener. Do not do anything that gets mrurl.co blocklisted.

Every destination is checked against Google Web Risk. We can disable a link or an account that breaks these rules, without notice.

Export

Paid plans can export every link, destination and rule as CSV.

The service

MrURL is provided as is. We make reasonable efforts to keep it up.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. The 12-month fees cap applies to everything else: liability is capped at the fees you paid in that period.

Changes

If these terms change, we will email the account address before the new terms apply.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
